The interior design was comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, I enjoyed being in the hotel very much, and it was only a 10 minute walk from the Malls and Bars of Zona T
Excellent service. Everyone was very kind and were very helpful on the checkout hours.
Too much noise from outside constructions and the room missed the jacuzzi advertised.
The staff was friendly and efficient. I booked hotel for 2 nights and when was in need to leave after 1 day, they didn't charge me more than that night.
Very serene yet modern atmosphere. The staff was very courteous, and friendly. Great for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Once the construction across the street is over, it will be in a quiet area.
The staff assigned us a suite facing the front and there was a new building under construction, therefore it was very noisy from as early as 4 am with trucks delivering materials and workers starting up very early, even on Saturday.
I like staying in this Hotel. for sure i am comming back soon
Sound of constructions very early in the morning !!
Very spacious and clean room, super shower, good tv and choice of channels (though most, of course, in Spanish). Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide choice of items, next to the pool. Three free computers for guest use in the foyer. Helpful staff, most speaking good English.
The very large windows in the rooms are - like most hotels in Colombia, I'm told - single-glazed, so that the traffic noise from the roads outside (at both front and rear) as the cars, motorbikes and especially trucks labour up the steep hill can be disturbingly loud. Overcome only by switching on the aircon and drowning it out.
It was a convenient and quiet location in Bogotà.
It did not look as good as in the pictures posted on their site or Booked.net. I got the suite but it did not look as big as advertised.
Staff service, price, location, value for the money
No hair dryer, no iron and iron board
Rooms are quite big and clean
The shower hot and cold taps make it a torture. the kitchen smells is up at the 6th floor
This Boutique hotel is a well priced option in a trendy area of Bogota. For the price we paid of $65 us per night it was a bargain! The staff is wonderful and will accommodate your every request. The room is bright and large, In fact we got upgraded to a larger suite with a separate bedroom. This property is completely renovated with an upbeat modern look. The photos of the property provided by the hotel are real. And breakfast is superb.
At the time time of our stay (August 2012) there was noisy construction going on directly across the street. Also there was not very much hot water available, showers were lukewarm at times.
Is a very irregular hotel, Don't wasted your money simply don't go there
We enjoyed the private balcony along with its view.
We didn't like that the jacuzzi tub jets didn't work and that the staff didn't follow through with seeing what the problem with them was.
The room service take too Many time, when it arrives was cold.
